The Journal

The Society journal is published three times a year in February, June and October and is sent free to members.

The Journal includes news and information about events and activities of interest to members, notes of members' interests, as well as longer articles by members based on their own research.

The first Journal was published in February 1996, only a few months after the foundation of the Society.

We have now digitised the earlier numbers of the Journal, and the full text (excluding membership lists!) are available on the journal archive page as PDF files. There is also a full index of all the main articles, and we have also extracted some sample articles (see the list below) for publication on the website.
